Rich Schefren is a very successful and famous Internet marketing business coach and he has helped many of the top Internet marketers to become much more successful.
This week he has released a 60 page free report which I believe is an important read for the entire small business community.
It is called The Uncertainty Syndrome and deals with the essential topic of constraints management.
Rich Schefren believes that it is your constraints that are holding you back.
You have the potential for success already within you but your progress is blocked.
It is an interesting ideas isn’t it and he argues that you are much better advised to focus on relieving your constraints than trying to increase your potential.
Rich Schefren writes from an Internet marketing perspective and the examples are based around the Internet but there is little that is excessively technical. The Uncertainty Syndrome is relevant to you if you own a small business and you don’t believe your performance is matching your potential.

I am one of 300 plus Internet marketing experts (don’t laugh, I was flattered) who have been sent review copies more than a week before the launch so I have been able to watch and learn from the video training.
I thought I was pretty good at this search engine optimisation business.
Number 1 in Google.co.uk for business coach, number 2 for business coaching, number 1 in Google.com for business coaching blog.
But I have learnt a lot and I am still working through the program.

There is this big jump required from idea to knowledge to action.
Watching the videos and intellectually understanding is one thing but some won’t have the time to implement Stomping The Search Engines.
A few won’t understand although StomperNet have made it very clear and straightforward but always there are some things that some find easy, some find difficult and others just don’t get at all.
Then you’ll have a few who will try it for a couple of days but have the commitment of a guinea pig and won’t persevere.
But How Many Competitors Does That Leave You With Who Will Buy Stomping The Search Engines, Implement It Effectively And Then Rise Up The Search Engine Rankings?
Perhaps you’ve done a mental calculation as people drop out.
If it’s a big number left who are likely to get Stomping The Search Engines and change the landscape of Internet Marketing in your niche, then you may have a problem.
Alternatively, if you think only a small number may buy Stomping The Search Engines and you don’t dominate the Google rankings in your niche, then you have an opportunity.
All you have to do is buy Stomping The Search Engines and implement it. That sounds simple doesn’t it?
The final option is that you already dominate your niche and you don’t believe too many of your competitors will wade in and buy and implement Stomping the Search Engines.
Let’s hope that you are right. Otherwise the next few months could be difficult if you rely on the Internet for a large proportion of your sales or leads.
My Position
I am worried that my competitors will get it but I already have my review copy and I have already taken some actions to improve my rankings.
I like Rich Schefren and I spend a lot of money with him.

“Startup Guide to Guerrilla Marketing” is very easy to read, action focused book from Jay and Jeannie Levinson.
If you are not familiar with Guerrilla Marketing but you are attracted by the idea of high impact, low cost marketing techniques, strategies, tactics and ideas then the “Startup Guide to Guerrilla Marketing” is a very good place to begin.
The book does cover a large proportion of similar ground to the 2007 revised main book “Guerrilla Marketing Fourth Edition” by Jay Conrad Levinson but the presentation is easier on the eye and the mind. It also makes it easier for you to take action on what you have learnt.
I loved the main “Guerrilla Marketing” book but the printing is dense and there is little white space. The big advantage that “Guerrilla Marketing” has over the “Startup Guide to Guerrilla Marketing” is the emphasis on the 200 Guerrilla Marketing Weapons which are just listed in this latest book.
Nitro Marketing have announced the launch of a new training product to improve the profitability of your websites and Internet marketing called Nitro Quattro.
I loved the Nitro Blueprint System and have just invested in their Extreme Marketing Makeover program although it hasn’t been delivered yet.

Top author, leading marketing and Internet legend has recently released his new book “Integration Marketing” as a free downloadable PDF nearly a year before the book is due to be published.
According to Mark Joyner, integration marketing comes in two forms:
Internal integration marketing which involves inserting a marketing message into a transaction or traffic scheme to create interest in an up-sell 9a more expensive version of what the customer wants to buy) or a cross-sell (a related product which improves or extends the use of the item).
External integration marketing is working with joint venture partners where you insert marketing messages for them or vice versa.

When I read and review a business book I look for three key things:

2. The book introduces me to new ideas or gives me a new way of looking at currently known techniques. The book must increase my knowledge or if it is an introductory book, it must explain the ideas clearly. Check.
3. The book must move me from theory into action. It is only by applying knowledge through action that your results improve. Check.
So that’s three big ticks/checks for Book Yourself Solid.
