Soho - district in Manhattan noted for its old warehouses converted into restaurants, galleries and theaters.
So why Soho? Basically put, it’s a vintage design reawakened in a way that only Coach could mime. These astounding and vintage purses and accessories are an unparalleled choice for dining out, movies or shopping.
Soho’s are the seal of a woman’s delicate cosmopolitan backbone. That is why the signature Soho is so special. This line is the Eye of the Tiger. As in vintage, it comes from the finest line Coach produces. It is the best of the past complimenting the current furors. It exemplifies the caliber of past techniques and designs joined with the complexities of today.
Black Soho’s are nice for any event. I use my brown patent leather Soho with silver ornamentation almost everyday because it looks amazing with almost everything in my wardrobe. I without doubt, could not live without this bag. I use it for just about everything from hanging out with my friends to smashing it around when I am feeling a little less than graceful. You must have a Soho.
Let’s talk about this bags quality. The mini Soho is so astoundingly dependable that it can withstand my toddler’s cataclysmal little hands. This bag did not become what it is today because it was fastened with inadequate materials put together loosely. It is classic because of Coach’s signature materials and vintage hobo design that are guaranteed to outlast any mode, style or fad.
The tether on my purse is dainty enough to be hand held without seeming like a dingle berry but expands enough to be made manifest on your shoulder incase you need a free hand. My individual Soho is a zipper top purse, but I also cherish the flip top design especially in tweed black, blue and brown. It is a little more venerable then my Soho because it symbolizes the evanescent styles of earlier generations.
Let’s face it; 80’s fashions were not all that enchanting. Overly bright colors such as bright orange were only enticing because they complimented the social trends to wonder from the expected way of life and journey into our personalities. The Baby Boom era reconditioned the market by accelerating goods. However Coach understands that trends of the past are destine to return, so they put an interesting twist on the old world style making Soho’s in tweed. Tweed was originally called twill because it was made of unfinished woolen fabric woven into a twill pattern instead of a dreary one.
Previously tweed was practical because of its moisture resistance and durability but soon was superannuated because the production and cost could not keep up with the the boom. So they moved to cheaper materials Lucky for us Coach knows that quality is better than quantity and tweed as well as their other Signature materials will continue to last. Maybe you haven’t noticed that a couch, not to be confused with Coach, made with tweed have withstood the years longer than cheap materials. This is what sets the Coach apart from the rest.
Coach’s can put a nick in your pocketbook but you can buy in good conscience knowing it will last. Whatever your desire happens to be: neutral, bright, small, large, feminine, punk, classy, trendy, modern, vintage, traditional or good ole rock and roll, Coach has an accessory to benefit your desires. You can be sure that the Soho line and hobo design will continue to overthrow the accessory world making the furors of today the classics of future generations.
The Soho reminds me of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Audrey Hepburn is the portrait of vintage style. She is the Crème del a Crème of former cultures and celebrated not just by talent but by beauty and influence, a vision that will last forever. Like Coach’s Soho, it is an icon of early fads that became superior not just by charisma but by the beauty and confidence they bring to any woman. Perhaps a Soho won’t make you look legendary but it sure will make you feel like one.
