It is amazing how often this request for a number of most common interview questions arises. I can understand why. Going for a job interview can be daunting, especially if feeding your family depends on the outcome. But we need to ask why the job interview is so scary.
I suppose the real reason is that we are at our most vulnerable when we are being interviewed and the interviewers have your future in their hands. We tend to give them powers most of them don’t have - powers of discernment and judgment which are quite beyond the majority of them. The truth is they are probably as nervous about interviewing as we are about being interviewed.
Back to vulnerability. The true reason for our vulnerability can be further stated as a lack of confidence in our ability to perform as well as we know we can, or as well as we think the interviewer requires. In other words, we have written off our chances of success even before we have started.
But what if you could guarantee this would not be the case? What if you could guarantee that you performance at the job interview would far surpass that of you fellow candidates? What if you knew that whatever the job you were applying for, you could guarantee the offer of a job? Would you be interested?
This is far more powerful than simply knowing the 50 most common interview questions.
