Success in MLM! But… How?

beachfamily.jpgMLM is nothing more than the sales manager earning a commission on the sales representatives. He trained them why shouldn’t he receive a commission for that training? MLM is traditionally thought of as door to door selling. This is due to the history of MLM companies and many people’s first experiences involved this type of direct sales program. MLM is very attractive, however, because it sells hope and appears to be outside the mainstream of business as usual. It promises wealth and independence to all.MLM is a simple, part time and low risk way for full time workers to fill this need. To put it simply, as long as people need money MLM will ALWAYS be there to fill that need.

Everyone can take part in it, but not everyone can be successful. Those who succeed do things that the failures do not do. Everyone is selling something. Everyone who is in the Business should be making RETAIL PROFITS plus a commission from their own personal sales volumes as well as the commissions from all the Leveraged Sales Volume from those in their DownLines.

I learned a great deal from these leaders, not just from the things that they taught me, but from my own observations of them. I noticed that all of them had similar characteristics that helped them achieve the kind of success that so many of us dream about.

1. They used their own products or services and could explain why you should use them. (They were a product of the product.) 2. They had a reason for doing the business and a business plan. 3. They let the tools do the selling. 4. They were always learning more about the business. 5. They stayed in the game long enough to have a chance to succeed. By holding strong to these principles, these people made millions. Sound like you have those qualities? I’ll tell you something: you don’t have to be born with them. Some of them are developed by smart business practices and patience, and anyone of us can develop those characteristics.

And those of us who do are well on their way to achieving their dreams. My goal in business in life is to Quit my J.O.B. and be FREEShare my knowledge with others Be a leader in my business Enjoy my time and my life my way Obtain economic independence Spend time with my kids Spend my time with my family Gain time freedom Gain financial freedom Become a Billionaire. I know that I can achieve that through The SpiderWeb Marketing System because .In my next blog entry, I’ll tell you about how The SpiderWeb Marketing System will help you achieve each of those integral characteristics. It will be good. It will be real. And it will help you understand how you can make money in The SpiderWeb Marketing System.

MLM Leads When Responsive Are Key To Your Networking Business

by David Lawrence

MLM Leads, regardless of the price and quality could very well be the most important resource to building a solid and long term home based business.

Though approaching your warm market first is the standard way to launch your business, it’s often met with a lot resistance. Not everyone likes the idea of selling to their friends and family.

MLM Leads come in all ranges of quality and value. Whether they are exclusive, phone interviewed, real time, aged, etc, you have to decide for yourself what the best value is for you time and budget. You might also consider genealogy lists or other established lists of opportunity seekers.

Their is definately a distinct advantage and posture when you are only talking to prospects who have already expressed that they are interested in earning income from home.

Before purchasing MLM leads make sure you do your due diligence. Just because you might believe fresh exclusive prospects might be more responsive, this is not always true.

A great way to get more bang for you buck is to buy a quality lead that is aged. The price goes down quite a bit, but you are still talking to the exact same quality of people.

Because multi level marketing is essentially a numbers game in which you are sorting for the right people, it might be to your advantage to talk to as many qualified people as you can for a price you can afford.

Finding the right source of opportunity seekers to talk to could prove to be one of the fastest ways to create momentum in your own personal recruiting as well as building a solid and productive team.

Web 2.0 Plus Network Marketing Equals MLM Success

Chances are good that if you’ve been running in network marketing circles, youve caught a glimpse of what can happen when someone falls victim to old-style MLM strategies. Trusting people are sent forth into the world with nothing but the dream of success, a list of names and a few key phrases to be thrown out at cocktail parties. The problem with that strategy is that it rarely garners real success, and certainly not the kind of success that is all too often promised to those who are sent forth to make it happen.

You’ve probably also learned the cautionary tale from those who purchased a list of leads and pounded the pavement practicing their best cold-calling approach. That approach doesn’t work either. The only people who get rich with that approach are the companies selling the leads and the rare few who can make cold-calling work.

Fast-forward to the 21st century. Network marketing is a whole different animal now, thanks to the Internet and Web 2.0. You no longer need to rely on television, radio or the print media to craft an effective marketing campaign. You can drive people to you with social Web 2.0 marketing, all for relatively little effort and no specialized tech skills.

Web 2.0 marketing makes it possible for the average person to learn and implement marketing strategies that work. Web 2.0 allows you to have a real business with real prospects and real clients who knock on your door, not the other way around. Whats more, Web 2.0 allows you to generate cash flow from a multitude of sources while attracting the big spenders to the higher ticket items you are peddling.

Web 2.0, or social marketing, is where users can interact with the content on the Web, such as by creating blogs and Web pages, posting articles and videos think YouTube and provide an almost endless variety of content to an infinite number of Web users. In essence, its an easy way to get your business seen online.

There are six basic aspects of social marketing: content sharing sites, bookmarking sites, social sites, videos, blogs and articles. Taken together, these areas can create a social marketing network within the Internet aimed at attracting search engine giants like Google. This is known as attraction marketing.

Even if you arent proficient in all of these aspects of social marketing, you can be successful at attraction marketing. There is no need to use each area. With that being said, however, the more links you can create between your articles, websites and blogs and other sites and blogs, the greater your web presence will be. A great presence translates into a greater possibility for business success. Remember: The goal of attraction marketing is to draw attention to you. Think of it as the opposite of cold-calling.

Social networking online is the new way of doing business. Sure, you can still whip out a business card if you happen upon a potential lead in the grocery store, but chances are good that youll need a lot fewer business cards if you think, plan and execute a social networking plan carefully and aggressively. Web 2.0 has changed the way we network with one another and, as a result, the way in which we do business. Through attraction marketing, potential leads will now be knocking at your door, in search of information about what you are selling. The pavement will just have to go unpounded, you can put down the phone, and youll never have to spend another dime on a list of leads that will only prove fruitless. Through attraction marketing and social networking, the whole paradigm of marketing has shifted. Fortunately, it has shifted in favor of the marketer, not the consumer.

How To Keep Your MLM Prospects Interested

Tom Schreiter is without a doubt the man to talk to if you want to know how to keep your MLM audience interested in a business opportunity or new product. In a recent interview with Mark “Google Superman” Davis, Schreiter spoke about some techniques to keep MLM prospects on the edge of their seats when being presented with a new product or MLM business opportunity.

mlmprospect.jpgA lot of ground was covered in this interview; but this article will focus on two techniques – using stories and using top10 lists.

Technique #1-Stories

A networker can immediately get an audience’s attention by beginning their presentation with a story or anecdote. Prospects naturally want to know how the story ends and will stick around to find out. If the story is well told, using evocative language, the results will be even better.

Stories which relate to the prospect’s own area are especially effective. For instance, a story which begins “It was right here in Baltimore that I…” or “When I was in Tacoma last…” will work well to get the audience interested.

The important thing is do not bore your audience! If you don’t have a story from your own experience, tell someone else’s story instead.

Hot Technique #2-Top 10 Lists

A top ten list always attracts interest. People like to know what ithers are thinking, wanting to stay current with trends. A top ten list is a great way to engage an audience’s attention using this fact.

If the networker doing the presenting has done their research, they can add statistics to introduce their top 10 list – such as “According to what people answering our weight loss survey, the top 10 reasons people have trouble losing weight are…” Statistics add credibility, always use them if possible.

Here are some examples of top ten lists to catch the interest of your mlm business leads:

-The top ten reasons your boss doesn’t want you to quit.

-The top ten reasons why Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is better for you than Kenyan coffee.

-The top ten ways to start a business and keep it running successfully three years from now.

-The top ten things you can do to lower your taxes right now.

-The top ten ways to lose weight without changing your diet.

-The top ten reasons to eat donuts to keep slim.

-The top ten ways to spend all of the extra money you will make from your business opportunity.

-The top ten ways to get in shape without joining a gym.

-The top ten places you should visit before you die.

A skilled networker can make a top ten list for just about anything. MLM business prospects like top 10 lists, since they are getting some form of information – networkers like them too, because they hold the interest of the audience.

A networker who can successfully employ these two methods, along with the many others which Schreiter and Davis discuss in the interview will never have any problem keeping an MLM business prospect leaning forward in interest.

Can You Survive Without Leads?

Ummm…. I don’t think so. Even with a huge circle of friends and family, sooner or later you are going to need home business leads to build your business. These are either going to be leads you generate yourself, or leads you’ve bought.

dani-johnson.jpgThe very best advice I can give you is this:

1) Buy some cheap MLM leads at first. I don’t care what others are doing, get some cheapo leads and burn through 50 to 100 leads. You need the practice of being on the phone and getting natural. Don’t waste it on expensive leads.

2) Get some high quality training. It doesn’t get any better than Dani Johnson. Get serious. Go to her website and sign up for the next LIVE weekend training. Don’t cop out and buy the CD’s and listen at home.

3) Now with some experience and top class training, buy some leads that you think are your best shot. Test lead types and lead companies. You can find a good list of lead companies here: Top 10 Lead Companies.

That’s pretty much it. Keep it simple, as they say. You might even consider going back and getting more Dani Johnson training. Her advanced training may just put you over the top in your business!
